Job Overview:
The Trade Up BDC Representative will play a key role in supporting the dealership's service and sales teams. This position involves proactively communicating with service guests to enhance their experience and generate sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on providing a high level of customer service, creating value through trade-in offers, and ensuring smooth transitions between the service and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:- Guest Communication: Contact service guests via email two days prior to their scheduled appointment and follow up with a phone call the day before to confirm the appointment and identify potential trade-in opportunities.
- Trade-Up Folder Distribution: Ensure all guests receive their trade-up folders either prior to their vehicle's service or after service completion.
- Sales Opportunity Development: Actively identify and create sales opportunities with service guests. Once an opportunity is identified, work closely with the Trade-Up Specialist to schedule appointments or seamlessly transition the guest to the sales team.
- Equity Checks: Approach service guests to offer equity checks in a non-pressuring manner, introducing them to the process. Managers and the Trade-Up Specialist will handle the appraisal and continue the sales conversation.
- Administrative Support: Prepare trade-up flyers for the following day’s business, organize trade-up folders, and ensure the service schedule is printed and available for the sales department’s review at the end of the day.

Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Customer-focused, with a positive and professional attitude;
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
Prior work experience in customer service, sales or the automotive industry is a plus but not required;
All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports;
Pay: $17 an hour, plus a sales bonus based on overall store performance
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday, one hour lunch break daily
