Counter Sales Associate
Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Counter Sales Associate located in Metro Detroit, MI. The Counter Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer service, product knowledge, and communication with customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Retail sales experience and knowledge of sales techniques
- Product knowledge and the ability to identify automotive parts
- Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field a plus
- Must have an active driver licenses to be able to work deliveries, if needed
- Experience in the automotive parts industry is a plus

40 hours within our store hours - Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
