Job Description

Serves as the SME for controls/automation within the facility. Provides controls related support and guidance to maintenance, production, and engineering personnel as required to increase safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate safe electrical work practices
  • Hands-on PLC/HMI programming, modification, and troubleshooting
  • Support maintenance efforts to diagnose and repair electrical equipment and control devices
  • Lead and/or support internal controls projects from conception to completion
  • Identify opportunities to optimize safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of production lines with automation
