We are seeking a Quality Systems Intern for Summer 2025 who is passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. This internship will be based at our facility in Waukesha, WI. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning June 2025.

- Quality Management & Compliance: Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System, conducting internal audits, and supporting external audit preparation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry regulations.
- Document & Data Management: Help organize and update Process documentation while collecting and analyzing product quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Process & Supplier Quality Support: Assist in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure raw material and finished-good quality.
- Training & Best Practices: Support the development of training materials and provide guidance on quality standards and procedures.
- Conclude your internship with a presentation to executive leadership, showcasing your learnings and contributions.
- Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Engineering, Chemistry, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in process improvements within Quality Management Systems, like ISO 9001.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.
- Willing to spend time out in the field getting to know the business firsthand.
- Ability to work on-own. Comfortable with self-management of time and commitments.
- This is an onsite role; the intern will be expected to be onsite Monday - Friday and work an 8-hour shift (40 hours per week is mandatory).
- In this internship position, you will be working in a clean and safe manufacturing plant.
- You will be required to spend time in both the plant and office environments.
- You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from your worksite.
- Throughout the duration of your internship, you may be required to travel for site tours, shadow experiences, or intern events.
- Wear provided safety PPE when appropriate. Safety Glasses, Gloves, Smocks, safety shoes, etc.
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to walk, stand or sit for long periods of time.
