- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with clients, adhering to established best practice principles of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical service delivery, including progress notes, ITPs, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and provide crisis assessment and stabilization as needed.
- Participate in peer supervision and program staff meetings to stay informed about organizational goals and initiatives.
