The Service Manager will assist the Service Director in the operation of the maintenance and repairs of a 500-vehicle fleet. This candidate is responsible for the opening and closing of work in a timely manner. The Service and Parts Manager will direct the staff daily and provide feedback and follow up in addition to mentoring and tracking progress or lack thereof.
Requirements include: 3 years in a management position in the automotive or transportation industry managing 10 employees; strong verbal and written skills; ability to work under pressure and meet timeline goals; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; valid driver's license is required
