Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong working relationships with N/F Service teams, Contract Growers, HFI Supervisors, and other HFI employees to attain company goals; providing administrative support to N/F Service teams; creating and maintaining all Finishing Closeouts documents; ensuring the accuracy of all Finishing Closeout forms; utilizing resources inside and outside of Holden Farms to meet company objectives; and participating in all N/F production meetings.
The ideal candidate should have a college degree or equivalent administrative experience, be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), have strong skills in using spreadsheets and databases, be accurate with strong attention to detail, have excellent prioritization and organizational skills, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision, and have a strong interest in working with animals with a desire to learn and self-develop.
