- Ensures all purchase orders are properly prepared, signed, and submitted.
- Confirms invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips when merchandise arrives.
- Tracks inventory.
- Organizes storage and delivers supplies.
- Notifies departments when special orders have arrived.
- Delivers emergency supplies and equipment as needed.
- Ensures supply and storage room is safe, neat, and free of hazards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months' experience maintaining and ordering medical supplies preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to follow detailed directions.
- Must be very organized and detail oriented.
