We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial success by providing insightful analysis, developing accurate forecasts, and driving data-driven decision-making across all departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, including sales, profit and loss (P&L), cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, including key performance indicators (KPIs), financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand business objectives, translate them into financial targets and monitor performance on an ongoing basis.
- Play an integral role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including long term strategic planning and scenario analysis.
- Ad hoc projects as needed, including financial modeling for new business initiatives and expansion activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the fashion, apparel, and/or retail industries.
- CPA or other related certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), financial planning and budgeting software and data visualization tools.

Location / Travel Requirements
This position will be based at our headquarters at 12 Labriola Court, in Armonk, New York. Limited travel required.
