Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to our office manager, focusing on customer billing, correspondence, and administrative tasks, all while working from the comfort of their home. This part-time position offers 20–30 hours per week, with the flexibility to work around your schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Management: Process monthly billing, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Customer Correspondence: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, scheduling, and maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Task Management: Handle routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Phone Coverage: Answer and manage calls as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
- Availability for 20–30 hours per week with flexibility for more hours during the summer or as the role evolves.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
