What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Director Of First Impressions position at Holiday Automotive?
We are looking for a talented customer focused part time receptionist / director of first impressions. Qualified candidates must have great communication skills with a strong positive attitude. If you have the drive, personality and prior experience in the frontline roles and truly enjoy serving customers, this is a great place to be!
You will greet and connect guests with the appropriate parties, while providing a fantastic customer experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good communication skills are essential. This position will be Monday and Thursday's from 4 pm until 7 pm and every other Saturday from 8 am until 5 pm.

Responsibilities
Answers dealership group phones
Greets and receives customers
Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson
Works cooperatively with the sales team
Updates customer records
Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assists in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
Participates in customer satisfaction process
Participates in customer retention process
Qualifications
