A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Beach Attendant, you will play a large role in ensuring that guests have an exceptional and seamless beach experience. The key responsibilities include setting up beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach related services.
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Deliver beach chairs to our rental homes, set up and break down on the beach daily.
- Ensure beach area and surrounding grounds of homes are free of trash and other debris.
- Blow off driveways and walkways as needed.
- Basic maintenance to include but not limited to: power washing outdoor furniture, cleaning grills, fixing broken furniture, painting, landscaping, changing lights, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school education or GED Equivalent
- Must be able to work safely outdoors in Florida's hot climate for 8 hours or more.
- Willing to work all weekends and holidays during the "high rental season" (May 15 August 15).
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
- Ability to easily adjust to changing schedule as work dictates.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Time management: arrive to work on time and stay organized to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more on a regular and continuous basis.
- Position requires excessive walking, climbing, and standing must be able to exert well-placed mobility for multiple hours a day.
- Requires grasping and other repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, squatting and stretching in order to complete tasks. Length of time for each task vary from day to day, task to task.
