**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service in a homeowners association.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Handle real estate paperwork, including new homeowner papework, leases, working in cooperation with our in-house code enforcement, typing statement of accounts and various other duties associated with same.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate
-Experience with Enumerate Central is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer literacy, including MS Office Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook
- Front desk reception experience is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
