Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all details are attended to.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner during events.
- Assist in the preparation of food stations and buffet setups as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Assist with the breakdown of banquet setups after events conclude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
