YOUR JOB:
* Performs basic plumbing, electrical, etc. tasks on systems and equipment.
* Performs a variety of tasks related to carpentry, painting and pool maintenance.
* Performs basic preventative maintenance tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 21 years old.
* Working knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, etc.
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
* Ability to communicate professionally with guests and staff.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
* Ability to maintain self in a clean, business-like appearance/manner.
*Ability to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, carrying, etc.
* Indoor and outdoor work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.92 - $18.19 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
