The Role:
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you ensure that your guests experience the best stay possible by helping to lead the team in delivering genuine hospitality. You are responsible for quality service, meeting financial goals, short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations. You will oversee all front desk activities, including the arrival and departure experience, reservations, rate management, and service recovery efforts.
Qualifications:
- 1 year relevant experience
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Well-organized and self-motivated
- Excellent ability to conduct group presentations
- The ability to lead and maintain composure in all situations, with both internal and external customers
- Excellent understanding of verbal and written English
- Ability to manage disagreements between associates
