Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and check in guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Operate our booking software to do daily tasks (making reservations, billing, etc.)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
This position requires a professional and courteous individual who can handle various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
