We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and performing nightly financial reconciliations.
Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest relations and overall experience.
- Assist in preparing reports for management regarding occupancy rates and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
