Position: Front Desk Agent
Location: Fort Worth – Haltom City, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a great guest experience
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (training provided)
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
