ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat, cold and rain
Ability to work most, if not all, Rangers games and special events
Ability to walk/stand including ramps and stairs for 4 hours
Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, Wheelchair Attendant, and Ambassador
Deliver Texas Hospitality to all Guests of Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium
Greeting and directing Guests, and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and polices
Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests
Use knowledge of Globe Life Field to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service.
Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
Perform additional responsibilities as directed by leadership
Perform efficiently in both indoor and outdoor settings, demonstrating adaptability to diverse weather conditions and situations.
All other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold and rain.
Ability to walk/stand including ramps and stairs for 4 hours
Night and weekend availability to accommodate the Rangers and special events schedule
Maintain a positive attitude and a service mindset
Ability to continuously stand and walk 4-10 hours throughout the venue
Ability lift and/or pull up to 15 lbs.
