Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest relations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of guest services and hospitality management principles.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
