```Duties```
Must pass background check
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
_Maintain clear, safe entrances of building during winter months, including shoveling & salting walkways
-Assist with other front desk duties as needed
- Set up breakfast for guests in the morning
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
