Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Serve breakfast items with a focus on presentation and quality, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items.
- Monitor food inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed throughout the service period.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving utensils, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service in a team-oriented setting is essential.
