Job Title: Breakfast Attendant
Duties:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
- Ensure all food items are stocked and displayed attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing guest payments
- Previous experience in a hotel, catering, or restaurant setting is preferred
- Basic food preparation skills
- Strong phone etiquette when taking guest inquiries or reservations
