As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting for all guests.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service.
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and replenished as needed.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist guests by answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests.
- Buss tables promptly after guests have finished their meals to maintain a tidy environment.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
