Job description
We are looking for an overnight front desk agents that can perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. Someone that is looking to grow and move up! That is proactive and wants to work and learn to earn the next step up as a Front Desk Manager.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. Issue room key and escort instructions to the guest as appropriate, without announcing room numbers.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts. May make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.
- Understand and enforce the hotel company credit policies. Account for all cash and makes deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies.
- Post all charges to the guest accounts in a timely manner.
- Ability to give award winning Customer Service
Qualifications and Skills
Hotel experience, and Opera experience desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
