Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and reservations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in managing reservations through phone systems or hotel management software.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
