Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team Sunday through Wednesday; as the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Available hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3pm to 11pm.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with any inquiries or concerns
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Process room assignments and coordinate room keys
- Handle guest requests and complaints, resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Utilize hotel phone systems to answer guest calls and take messages
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Hospitality management or guest services experience is a plus
