Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently
- Utilize computerized systems for booking and managing reservations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Provide general office support including filing, copying, and scanning documents
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with phone systems and office management is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.28 - $14.06 per hour
