Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, occupancy rates, and revenue generated.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel operations or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
