Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of daily financial reports, guest satisfaction, and smooth overnight hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet late-night guests, process check-ins/check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service
- Verify and balance all revenue and transactions from the hotel’s day shift
- Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports to management
- Post charges to guest accounts, including room, food, beverage, and miscellaneous
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies during the night shift
- Monitor the hotel premises for safety and security during the overnight hours
- Handle end-of-day bookkeeping and reconciliation of hotel accounts
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and organized
- Assist with preparing for the morning shift, including wake-up calls and early checkouts
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Experience in front desk operations and hotel environments
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hospitality management
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with resort operations and hospitality best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
