Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist with reservations and modifications through phone calls and online systems.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotels is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
