Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's booking system
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
Skills
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual)
- Knowledge of guest relations and guest services best practices
- Familiarity with resort or hospitality management is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
