Available Shift:
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight)
Pay:
- Starting at $14 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on experience and consistent performance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly to enhance their experience.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and key metrics.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it’s organized and welcoming for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the night.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate reporting.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with night audit procedures or hotel management software (a plus but not required).
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (a bonus) to serve our diverse guests.
