Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and comfortable for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with other team members to uphold cleanliness standards across the facility.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $11.50 per hour
