Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness standards.
- Carry out carpet cleaning and floor care duties as required, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean, fresh, and well-presented.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with custodial duties in common areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
