Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at both the cabins and facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, carpet cleaning, and general upkeep of facilities.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients promptly and professionally.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel immediately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and housekeeping management techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in residential cleaning is a plus; familiarity with cooking or food preparation is also beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
