Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites-Glendive, MT. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Process reservations and cancellations through phone systems and hotel management software.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Provide information about resort policies, procedures, and special events.

Skills

• Strong background in customer service with experience in hospitality management preferred.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and skilled in operating phone systems.
• Knowledge of front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an asset but not required.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
