Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs and requests throughout the night. Providing excellent loyalty recognition to brand reward's members.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
- Respond to phone calls with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
