**Duties:**
Opera experience strongly preferred
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including guest accounts and payment records.
- Process and reconcile guest payments, ensuring all charges are accurate and complete.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize hotel software and phone systems to manage guest information and resolve technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is required.
- Experience with hotel software and phone systems is an asset.
- Prior experience as a Night Auditor.
