We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and reports. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding guest relations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations.
- Handle phone systems effectively to assist guests with their requests and inquiries.
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
