Front Desk Agent /Weekends 1pm to 9pm

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining guest relations and supporting hotel operations.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.
- Assist in managing the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
