Hotel Guest Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests effectively.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel operations.
• Experience in guest services or hotel management preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
