As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel at home and well cared for, from check-in to check-out. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to work independently, has great people skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether you prefer evening shifts or late-night hours, we have flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-notch service and ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently with a friendly attitude.
• Addressing guest requests and resolving complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Accurately processing guest charges, collecting payments, and following cash handling procedures.
• Managing reservations and ensuring correct room bookings.
• Answering calls and directing guests to the right services with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Responding to emergencies and following procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Performing light maintenance tasks as needed and assisting with luggage, cribs, and roll-away beds (up to 50 pounds).
• Logging information and communicating with management to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing individual with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed.
• Previous hotel experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (luggage, packages, cribs, etc.).
• Neat appearance and proper uniform adherence.
• Availability for evening and night shifts.

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
