We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner, handling all front desk duties with a smile.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, in a secure and organized manner.
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing in-person inquiries.
- Utilize computer literacy to effectively manage calendars, schedule appointments, and process paperwork efficiently.
- Ensure the office is tidy and organized, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Perform general office duties, including typing, proofreading, and filing documents as needed.
- Provide medical receptionist support by handling patient records, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, handling conflicts and complaints in a professional manner.
Experience:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with experience in an office setting, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, customer support, and calendar management. A Bilingual candidate would be an asset to our team, as we serve a diverse client base.
Skills:
- Proficiency in file management and computer literacy
