Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Solid mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
