Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise and train staff to meet the hotel's high standards of service and quality.
- Conduct regular audits of the hotel's financial and operational performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and exceptional communication.
- Oversee the hotel's phone system, ensuring that guests and staff have access to efficient communication channels.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct night audits to ensure that the hotel's security and accounting procedures are in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized hotel environment, ensuring that all facilities and amenities are properly maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
