We are open 24/7 so nights and weekends are required. Full and part-time available.
Must have dependable transportation, computer skills and great attendance!
Pay premium for those with IHG or Opera experience but we are happy to train the right person!
Summary
As a Guest Services Representative Part Time Night Auditor, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience during the night shift. Utilizing core skills in customer service, front desk operations, and hotel experience, you will handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and ensure guest satisfaction. Your premium skills in night audit procedures and hospitality management will be key in overseeing nightly operations and maintaining high standards. With relevant skills in multi-line phone systems and guest relations, you will excel in addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently. Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proven experience in front desk operations within a hotel environment
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and OPERA software

Responsibilities
