We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain logic controllers to optimize facility operations.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting processes.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of the property.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
- Experience in welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Strong understanding of schematics and ability to apply logic controllers effectively.
- Previous leadership experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to guide teams in maintenance tasks.
- A background in residential painting is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
