We are looking for an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Must have housekeeping and supervisory experience.
To work with the staff and control the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department assuring that our Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and Employee Areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.
Works directly with the General Manager and Housekeeping Manager to ensure proper staffing levels.
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all Hotel’s Housekeeping Department employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are necessary.
This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule who can work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:
